Rich is the author of Unleashing the Power of Consultative Selling “Selling the way your customer wants to buy…not the way you like  to sell”.

The book stresses what Rich discovered early in his career that he was not leading resources or selling to industries. The keys to success are "how well you communicate and motivate people". Combined with "processes that produce predicable and repeatable results" equaled "profits both financially and personally".

Unleashing the Power of Consultative Selling is a  required text book for an elite Graduate School of Management (see page 7)  Rich's book is also used a the souce to explain the use of consultative selling at the eHow website. 

Rich speaks to industry leaders, sales teams and organizations and believes we are all capable of achieving much more if we are willing to get out of our comfort zone. To illustrate what it takes to get out of your comfort zone and succeed. He developed “MOTOvation” a unique approach to entertaining and inspiring his audiences by using his experiences as an amateur racecar driver and uses in- car videos to illustrate his points. He moves his audiences to take action with his ability to communicate practicable “down to earth” techniques for success. He is a trainer, consultant, executive coach, and meeting facilitator for strategy/tactical planning retreats.

He took an exceptional successful background in senior executive leadership domestically and globally in operations, sales, marketing, business development, project management and change management in developing his programs. He sought out the best peak performance techniques in communication and business processes in creating his core processes. After many years of field testing he founded his company RGI Inc. 

”Results Not Advice” is the foundation of his company and all his programs are measured against. Rich is a Master Practitioner NLP, Certified Trainer Accelerated Behavior Change, trained in the Language and Behavior Profile, and a Compression Planning facilitator.

Rich often uses the teaching from his father Greywolf into his programs.He also leads men’s programs for the Man Kind Project.

He lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife of 28 years and is a proud father of a daughter, two sons and two grandsons.
