Set Aside 20 Minutes a Day

Do you ever get frustrated with how things are going? Do you wake up and just want to throw all files and folders right off of your desk, along with all your technology? Would you like things, to flow better than they are, right now? If you ever feel exactly like this, then maybe it is time to change things up... 

 

Now, if your time clock is ticking very rapidly, then organization is exactly what you need, in order to refocus your time and energy properly and efficiently. Now, this may not be what you want, but it is what you need. And yes, there is a major difference. 

 

Maybe you should start your day by simply setting aside 20 minutes, in the morning, to write out a to-do list. It is time to prioritize, so that you can start the day off smoothly without any added stress. This will allow you to get your business on track.    

 

First, make a full list of everything you have to accomplish in a day, then star or highlight the ones that are most important. (Basically, your top three to five tasks.) This planning should help you to relax and become clearly focused. That way, you will feel like you can be productive, once again. 

 

This will help you to align your strategic goals! Once you start checking things off your list you will feel a sense of accomplishment. Then your desk can  stay in order...
